How Do We Confuse Our Body
So That It Gets Out Of Balance?
Imagine you are going to eat. You take a plate, you grab your food,
and sit down. If you eat in peace, there is nothing to worry about.
The parasympathetic part ensures that everything runs smoothly and
efficiently in the body. The larger amount of blood is correctly sent to
the digestive tract and the rest to the other parts. However, imagine
that, instead of sitting quietly, you switch the television on to watch
the news or, for example, sit in front of the computer to work or play
fun games or read your mail.
As we have seen, it is not the parasympathetic part but the
sympathetic part that sends the blood to the eyes in large quantities
to perform their functions properly. Since this is not the function of
the parasympathetic part, the body takes measures that are harmful
to itself.
Now, when we are eating and at the same time trying to manage
other situations as I outlined earlier, the blood goes to the eyes, to
the brain (to be able to understand everything) to the ears to hear, to
listen better and only a small part goes to the digestive system. When
this happens, the parasympathetic part may not be able to perform
its function properly. Some of the food may be absorbed through
the digestive tract, but not all, because there is not enough blood for
these functions. You will probably also get the feeling that there was
not enough food to feed the body.
The body enters a process of not understanding what actually needs
to be done. This process results in the failure of the vital functions
with resulting sub-optimal health, a lack of body-mind balance. No
proper homeostasis has taken place. The digestive process has not
been able to receive enough blood to perform its functions properly.
As a good example of this, nowadays we see that young people
often have to wear glasses, and many times, this is the result of not
