preferred state of high PH value or alkaline base. Nowadays, our body
very quickly goes into an acid state because of bad food habits.
Chlorella’s walls have three layers that cannot be digested by
human beings. The most special property of these walls is to attract
and connect toxins, heavy metals and chemicals. The extreme hardness
of the walls means that they cannot be digested under normal
circumstances. Therefore, when we eat them, we cannot normally
receive the nutritional wealth that is within them. The Japanese have
discovered a special technique whereby these walls are broken down
so that nutrients are released and can be absorbed by the human body.
Chlorella has a very positive effect on health. It contains minerals,
antioxidants, trace elements, vitamins and a large amount of vegetable
proteins. This percentage is so high that it exceeds 10 times the protein
content in meat. Chlorella also contains an enormous quantity of
fatty acids of excellent biological quality and a high percentage of
chlorophyll (which gives it its green color), and makes Chlorella a
great detoxifier. It is a wonderful green food that can help us become
stronger and healthy. For me, it is a must to take this daily.
Chlorella comes in the form of tablets. It can be taken in high
doses, for example, four or five tablets of 500mg per day.

The spelt is the best grain, has a warming and greasy effect, is of high
quality and softer than all other grains. Those who eat spelt make good
meat. Spelt leads to good blood, gives a relaxed mind and the gift of
cheerfulness. Whatever spelt preparation is eaten, cooked as bread or as
any other dish, it is easy to digest. -- Hildegard von Bingen

This is one of the quotes in one of the books of the medieval abbess,
theologian, monastic, Hildegard van Bingen. Hildegard showed an
enormous interest in nature: early on she had extensive knowledge
