this would increase the unbalance even more. Yang oils are warming
and stimulating.
To try to restore balance, a combination of oils with calming,
cooling and moisturizing qualities could be used to help this person
feel calmer, be more patient and in balance.
Sweet Orange
One of my favorite oils is Sweet Orange. When I go abroad, it
cannot be missing from my suitcase. It is really a special and powerful
oil for the digestive system. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the use
of the dried peel has been highly valued with great medicinal value,
especially to relieve blockages.
Sweet Orange helps to promote circulation and releases cramping.
It also strengthens the effect of the stomach function.
Since there is usually a tendency to visit restaurants during holidays
abroad, it is useful to always have it on hand, as it is beneficial for
abdominal bloating, abdominal pain, flatulence, nausea, and vomiting.
High stress and frustration accumulation are also a form of
stagnation. This oil helps to relax and delegate so we can make more
time for ourselves.
I recommend that you always carry it along with other help items
when you go on a trip.
The way to use it is very simple. Rub your hands with olive,
almond, or lavender oil. Uncover the small bottle of orange essence
oil and put two or three drops in the palm of your hand. Brush both
palms well with these oils and gently massage the belly around the navel
extensively, preferably clockwise when we want to improve defecation
or neutral when we do not want to stimulate it.
If possible, warm olive oil or almond oil first in a warm-water
bath. When you anoint your hands, they will feel warm and then you
