                 Long ago, these movement and concentration techniques were
             practiced only by the aristocracy or wealthy people in Eastern countries.
             Step by step, these techniques became more used by others, all over
             the world. Eastern disciplines like Qi Gong, Tai Qi, and Yoga are
             good examples of this. Nowadays, fortunately they are well-known
             worldwide.
                 (As I have explained about air and oxygen, I will also show you further
             in this book a technique about this and how you can use it for yourself;
             it is a fine concentration technique. I will also go much deeper into this
             in my Health Bible No. 2.)


             How Great You Are

                 I find this one of the most joyful techniques to make you feel
             better. I love it. Concentrate and think of the most delightful moments
             you have experienced in your life. I can really enjoy them. When I do
             this, I feel my body is being fed with such joy, love, and a contented
             feeling. It is like I am eating my delicious soup! Yes, I feel I am drinking
             these feelings; they go through my throat, into my digestive system.
             I can feel they are being taken into my stomach, my intestines and
             are going everywhere in my body until my body is completely full of
             them. What a delight! Truly amazing.
