Harakiri
Have you ever heard about Harakiri? Harakiri is a form of Japanese
suicide. The translation is “cutting the belly” or “abdomen belly
cutting.” This is done to restore the honor for oneself and/or one’s
family. The person who commits Harakiri uses a very sharp knife to
cut the belly just below the navel. This point, the point I just talked
about, is the origin of the body. Cutting it makes an end to the
energetic root of the body.
Thoughts
Imagine you see all that exists all over the world. What had to
exist before all this became reality? Before the creation of an airplane,
a chair, a big building, a beautiful ring, a nice dress, a pencil? Before
all this existed, there was always a thought. There was always an idea,
always. We could conclude that an idea is energy manifestation, true?
Thoughts are energy manifestations. Thoughts are energy. How can
we use this in a positive way to influence our being?
Ways to Use Our Thoughts
When we stay focused on this energy from our thoughts, we can
transform them into matter. We can materialize them. This is why
there must be a thought before matter exists. Thus, an idea needs
concentration and focus to become reality in our world. I love this
technique. I have been using it for a long time with amazing results.
In Eastern countries, it is normal to use the Hara point in several
practices, concentrate on it to help the body to heal itself, to keep
the body-mind healthy. This point is like an “elixir field” or “energy
center” and it is very important for exercise and meditative techniques.
All this is based on breathing and focusing techniques.
