and Fire) that unify and create each other based on the characteristics
of their own Qi (energy). This field is finally defined as the system of
the five phases or elements.
Here I list some of the basic qualities of the elements: The basis
of the elements, as we already know, are Yin and Yang.

Two organic functions

Each element is made up of two Organic Functions, Yin and Yang.
Why do we say this? Because these are the functional qualities of each
element / organ that have been analyzed by Eastern civilizations. This
differentiates the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from
the theories of Western medicine.
When a specialist in Chinese Medicine gives his opinion about a
person’s situation, he speaks more than anything about the quality and
characteristics of Qi (energy) and its influence on the movement of
