This second mudra, accomplished with the whole body, is easy
and relaxing. It fortifies the nervous system and also strengthens and
deepens breathing:
Lie on a flat surface, with your arms stretched along the body.
Breathe deeply. Place your hands on the edge of the bottom of the
ribs on both sides of the sternum. Fill your lungs with air, place your
hands on the collarbone and lift the upper part of the chest.

Exhale very slowly, returning to the starting position. Perform the
total series a couple of times.
By doing these exercises you can imagine that your body and
surroundings are flooded with White Light and that they are being
charged with energy.
