                 1. Touch the fingertips of the thumb, index, and middle fingers
                    of your right hand together; stretch the ring and little fingers.
                 2. Touch the tips of the thumb, ring, and middle fingers of your
                    left hand together; stretch the little and index fingers.

                 Connect consciously with your body. Remember, this is also a
             form of meditation, being totally connected with your body.
                 These two combinations with the hands are used to improve
             digestion and metabolism (food intake and use as well as the transport
             and disposal of waste). It also helps stimulate detoxification. These
             two mudras are also effective against nausea, gas accumulation, and
             also against a feeling of fullness after meals.
