from happening and send them to be expelled. Here, it is important
to mention that not only the intestines and the bladder have this
function of expulsion but we must also think about the genital organs
            and the skin, for example.
Also orally, unpleasant odors that are perceived when a person is
talking are, for example, a sign for a specialist in natural medicine that
the digestive system is not in order. This is taken as an alarm signal
            the body is sending.
Well, you might say, yes, very interesting, but how does this help
me? How do I optimize my defense systems and therefore my system
of selection and body support? There are various ways and theories
            to positively influence these systems.
A very interesting and very old system in Eastern philosophies
is used to activate different functions in the body. One of the most

Mantras are sounds, words, or songs that have been used by
countless civilizations for a long time. Consider, for example, the word
OM, also the word AMEN that has been used very widely. These are
            examples of Mantras.

            Mudras
Mudras are gestures, body positions, performed with the body
or parts of it, such as legs or arms, hands, and fingers. They help to
recover the paths along which blood and energy move to many places
in the body. The mudras that I use most are made with the hands.
There is a super special mudra that is used to optimize the digestive
