Yes, this is a great medicine! Thankfulness renews your cells and
fills you with love. Practice it daily and you will see how you start to
feel different. Fill your being up with this.
As soon as you wake up, think about every beautiful thing you
have received throughout your life and what you receive daily, be
thankful. Refuse to remember negative images; they make your cells
sick; they make you experience the opposite of good health. If you
practice this daily, you will see that little-by-little it will require less
effort to concentrate and suddenly it will happen automatically without
you noticing.
As much as possible, avoid switching on the TV. This will help you
avoid filling yourself with sadness and worries, and seeing depressing,
violent, and negative images. I know it is difficult to avoid the TV,
