                 As you can see, you are on a flat surface. You start by stretching
             your arms. Link your hands and make an outward movement so that
             the areas of the palms and fingers can stretch. At the same time, you
             will stretch the inner areas of your arms. The meridians of the functions
             of the Yin organs of the body pass through these areas: lungs, heart,
             and pericardium (protector of the heart). FIG. 1
                 By performing the movement in the opposite way, that is, linking
             the hands and fingers inwards, you will influence the functions of the
             Yang organs. (I teach this theory of Yin and Yang in my workshops.)

                 If you turn around and put the palms of your hands on the bed
             or on the floor, you will stretch upwards, leaning on them. Let your
             belly rest on the bed or floor, stretch your feet and toes; give them
             space. By this you will be opening the channels of the front part of
             the body. If you stretch your head and look towards the ceiling, with
             your lips like you are kissing, you will also open the tracks that pass
             through your neck and face. FIG. 3
                 Touch the flat surface with your face, raise your hips with your
             knees on it and stretch your arms, accentuating the movement with
             your arms and making them touch the flat surface to stretch your
             back. In this way, you will work the paths that pass through your back
             and the part of the hips. The back contains the points that represent
             each and every one of the functions of the body’s organs. Super, isn’t
             it? The body is really perfect! FIG. 4
                 To work the leg tracks, lie face down completely and bend your
             legs, trying to feel the effect of this movement. FIG. 5
                 If possible, take hold of your feet with your hands and try to bring
             your heels to your buttocks. Keep this movement for a few moments
             and try to feel the effect it has on your body. With this movement,
             you influence the digestive system, preparing it for the functions to
             be performed. (In Eastern theories, there is a system that talks about
