is heavy? Or that it is loaded with impurities that have left the bodies
or the body that slept through the night, expelling a lot of carbonic
gas? Try to feel how far the air that is entering your body reaches. Give
yourself two or three minutes.
After experiencing these sensations, open the window. Close your
eyes and start to feel the difference in the air you took so far and the air
you started breathing when you stood in front of the closed window.
Follow the same steps above. Feel it, smell it, taste it. Delight yourself,
imagining that that air is pure and is filling you with that Golden
Essence of life: Oxygen. Enjoy it.
Now that you consciously know what your vital food is, I’m going
to teach you how you can optimize your intake.

Put your hand on the right side of your rib cage. Feel how it
spreads and contracts when the air enters and leaves the lungs. Raise
your arm, giving more space to your lungs. (Fig.13.) Imagine how
the lung increases the ability to receive more oxygen. Breathe and
give it space, exhale and expel, consciously reducing the space of the
lungs so that it better expels the air that must be changed by the new
