                               My natural antibiotic


            Ingredients:
            1 clove of garlic
            The same amount of onion
            ¼ teaspoon sea salt
            1 lemon
            1 cup of hot water

            Preparation:
            Chop the garlic and onion very finely. Do not scrape them but cut
            them with a knife. Add the squeezed lemon and the salt to the cup
            with hot water (a good temperature to drink it). Take a small amount
            of the onion and garlic mix in a teaspoon, place it on the tongue, take
            a sip of the water and swallow the onion and garlic without chewing
            them. Continue until the onion and garlic are fully ingested.


               This recipe should be taken when you feel that the body’s defenses
            are being reduced. This can be noticed, for example, when you are
            tired without reason or when you start to feel flu or cold symptoms.
            In the latter case, this recipe should be taken daily and preferably on
            an empty stomach for four or five days. It is important that you take
            daily breaks of a couple of minutes, lying on a horizontal surface to
            allow your liver to strengthen and restore itself. You must not forget
            that the liver is the laboratory of our body which performs more than
            500 functions to help the body stay in balance.
               Both garlic and onion contain certain important phytonutrients
            in the Mediterranean diet. Very special characteristics that support
            our body have been attributed to garlic and onion. These two plants
            have been cultivated since ancient times and have not only been used
            as food but also for their medicinal properties as an aid for balanced
            health and prevention of different diseases. (1)
