             clean air. Repeat this exercise three times. Do the same with the left
             side. (Fig.14.)
                 Now widen your back, hunching forward a little to give more
             space to the thoracic box in the back to receive extra oxygen. Inhale
             and exhale, imagining how the lung receives extra food in the back.
             (Fig.15.) Repeat these three times. Do the same with your chest, see
             previous page. (Fig.16.)
                 Rest and, with your eyes closed, keep the connection with the
             body and be thankful….
                 You have done this exercise and your body will be supremely
