And the opposite pole, the Moon, could not be absent either with
all the influences it exercises on the earth to contribute to our existence.
Ebb and Flow, the most important functions of the Moon regulating
the fluids in the earth and also in our bodies like the processes in a
woman’s body. Perfect, everything was perfectly planned to create a
delightful existence for us.

Finding the Dualities

The theory of the two polarities, Yin and Yang, according to
Eastern philosophies, originated through the continuous observation
of Nature. By the constant contemplation of all visible movements
and events men got to the insight that all these are the expression of
the energy that created them.
The observers watched as the mountain was illuminated with the
sun’s rays while the day grew with its energy. When it almost reached
its climax, then that side of the mountain began to darken, giving way

to the night and the rebirth of the day, light, on the other side of the
mountain. (See fig.2)
